SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

We Aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days of ordering via courier, signed and tracked service with HERMES. This is for the safe arrival of your parcel. We try to keep delivery costs down where we can, but as shipping is based on size and weight, shipping costs may vary if more than one item is bought together.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We do, all you need to do is reach out to us at hello@delajardin.com and we can calculate the shipping fees based on the address you give us and the number of items you intend to purchase. 

Please note costs can vary a lot from country to country and we are unable to give estimated lead-times for the arrival of your parcel. You are also responsible for any Customs Duty charges.



RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you're unsure about a piece and need more information before committing, please reach out at hello@delajardin.com for additional photos and details.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Please contact hello@delajardin.com straight away with a photo of any damaged packaging and item purchased. We ensure your orders are carefully and securely packaged before being dispatched.

OUR VASES ARE PIECES OF ART SO PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE TO AVOID SCRATCHES

Once the item(s) have been received and checked, a refund notification will be sent. Shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer free returns, you are responsible for the cost of the sending the item back. 

The right to return items under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to personal use only, where products that are bought for business purposes are exempt from cancellation rights.


LEAD-TIMES

- How do lead-times work?

'Lead-time' is an accurate representation of how long you may be expected to wait for an item to be produced.

Because everything is made by hand, lead-times will be based on the process and the complexity of the individual item. Lead-times may be longer especially during busy seasons. Should there be a delay, we will keep you informed, but will do our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible. 

We however cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.


-There are some pieces that I've seen online,  but they're sold out. Can I order them anyway?

Yes! Please email hello@delajardin.com if there's specific item you like we can discuss lead times to create your order for you. We will however let you know if there's a  particular colour pulp unavailable for the natural vases.
